Cretaiole has apartments of various sizes and configurations in order to accommodate the solo traveler or up to 7 people! Several have internal connecting doors, making it possible to bring a large group together by combining apartments. Two have comfortable sofa beds that are great for families with children.
One accommodation, L’Ovile, is a double bedroom that can be rented by itself or combined with either Il Pollaio or Il Granaio.

Every apartment has an independent entrance and separate heating system. Each one has a beautiful fireplace, and firewood is provided free of charge! The farmhouse is built with thick stone walls, which help to keep it cool in the warm months, therefore there is no air conditioning. For the comfort of our guests fans are available in each bedroom. Window screens are installed on every window.
All apartments are supplied with hairdryers, Italian coffeemakers, toasters, cookware, dinnerware, flatware, glassware, cooking utensils, linens (towels and sheets), fans, clothes hangers, extra blankets and pillows, kitchen staples (salt, pepper, coffee, tea, vinegar, and sugar), liquid soap, paper goods, trash bags, television (Italian channels only), and clothes iron.
While American coffeemakers are available upon request, we really hope you will experiment with coffee Italian-style! Italian mokas are easy to use and are provided in every apartment. We think you’ll like it!
Upon your arrival you will receive a complimentary bottle of Cretaiole’s Orcia DOC red wine and sample bottle of extra virgin olive oil!
